As 2021 draws to a close and we dust off our Christmas jumpers, we wanted to wish you all a wonderful festive season and hope that you all get the well earned break that I know that everyone is looking forward to.

With the recent Government Guidance over the Omnicron variant some of our staff are going to be working flexibly and remotely to ensure we adhere to the Guidelines but, as ever, this should not affect our business as we are well adapted to do so after so much practice!

It’s been a turbulent year but also one of growth for Town & Country. We’ve taken on a number of new properties and as a result have welcomed the lovely Emma to the team. Emma is working with Senior Property Co-ordinator, Naomi, to pair the right property with the right tenant. She’s doing a fabulous job and we are thrilled to have her.

The market in Brighton & Hove remains strong, with many properties still being taken off the market almost as soon as we have listed them! This is great news for landlords and tenants alike, who we were finding homes for in time for Christmas.
