A very Merry Christmas from all of us at Town & Country!

As the year draws to a close we wanted to send seasons greetings, and to thank you for your business over the past 12 months, from all at Town and Country Property Services.

We hope you have a lovely festive season spending time with loved ones and friends and having a well deserved break!

Its been a trying year and we thank you for your many kind words and on going business and we look forward to working with you in 2019 and beyond.

Rest assured we will keep you very much up to date with any changes in the industry that may affect you and we are confident in this busy and vibrant part of the Country that rental property will remain a great investment.

LEGISLATION UPDATE

There several new pieces of legislation that have, or are, coming into effect;

I am pleased to be able to update you that since my last newsletter the licensing changes Brighton and Hove City Council proposed recently have been shelved, for now, by the Central Government.

This means therefore that in February next year you will not need to pay a fee or register your property with Brighton and Hove City Council.

It will likely come back in some other guise but for now it’s one less thing to worry about – hurrah, what a nice little Christmas bonus!
