Seasons Greetings from all of us at Town & Country!

Here’s to 2020!

2019 has been one of legislative changes with the tenant fee ban and one of great political uncertainty – to put it mildly!

Some Great News for Town and Country!

I am very proud to announce that Town and Country has been awarded as the Gold Winner for the best Letting Agent in Hove by the British Property Awards for 2019-2020.

We made the shortlist of 3 following every agency located in Hove being mystery shopped.

I was delighted to hear that Naomi, our lettings negotiator, fielded the final and winning call as the judges found her to be friendly, helpful and had a detailed knowledge of the property they had called regarding.

This is excellent as we know that it is only by our levels of customer service that we can truly differentiate between the competition in our local area so its great to receive such an accolade. I am truly proud of our team!

Thoughts for the future

With a majority Conservative government now in place we will get an idea of potential changes to our industry that can be pushed through parliament.

There are proposed changes in how possession can be sought and also licensing schemes of both properties and indeed letting agents which may be coming.

I will of course let you know about anything which may affect you.
